Elizabeth kindly wrote me. Her version is: "There was a man, he lived in hell. He could leave any time he wanted to, but he never did because he knew the names of all the streets." There are many versions of this story and from what I can tell - after talking with Elizabeth - who heard it from Reuven Gold many years ago. Obviously, it has many applications. - Mary ***** Mary K.
