I've used journal methods, dream sharing and meditation with children. I=20
have a book called Journaling with Children that has great ideas in it. Mos=

children want to draw, some write and others both. Another item I used for=20
releasing was a mood jar. I had a plastic jar in my class and colored paper=
cut up=20
in 1inch strips. The child wrote down what was bothering them folded up the=

paper and put it in the jar. The girls really like it and it helped.
