I=20 have a book called Journaling with Children that has great ideas in it. Mos= t=20 children want to draw, some write and others both. Another item I used for=20 releasing was a mood jar. I had a plastic jar in my class and colored paper= cut up=20 in 1inch strips. The child wrote down what was bothering them folded up the= =20 paper and put it in the jar. The girls really like it and it helped.
