Hello to everyone - I just finally had to introduce myself. I have been so moved by the depth of the discussion on this listserve. I haven't found this level of conversation since I finished my MFA program. I did not realize how I hungered for it. I am not a "storyteller", per se - but I am a writer and I teach creative writing and I am also a grief counselor. I am in training to be a certified poetry therapist, and am also finishing a second masters in counseling psychology. I have always been moved by stories and have always leaned on them whenever life took a transition (which is all the time!!) Anyway, I could no longer lurk -- thank you thank you thank you for this listserve and for all of your comments and insights.
